Core Restore – A mat-based functional fitness class designed to improve core strength, posture and flexibility while simultaneously releasing pain and tension in the body. Optimize healthy breathing practices to wake up the core, release tension in neck/shoulder area and build total body strength using a variety of small props.
Core Restore Standing – The average person sits up to 8-hours a day which studies are showing is linked to many common lifestyle-related diseases along with painful conditions in the feet, hips, low back, neck and shoulders. Using a variety of small props, this class teaches how to find and support ideal alignment in seated and standing postures, builds total body strength, releases tension in the hips and low back and optimizes healthy breathing practices to wake up the core and release tension in the neck and shoulders.
Run/Walk Restore – Want to get into a walking or running routine but nagging injuries keep preventing you? Run/Walk restore will address foot, knee and hip issues teaching you how to build total-body strength from the core to the limbs using a variety of small props.
Reformer Restore – An all-levels class on the STOTT Pilates Reformer designed to improve core strength, posture and flexibility while simultaneously releasing pain and tension in the body. Optimize healthy breathing practices to wake up the core and release tension in neck/shoulder and hip/low back area to build total body strength and tone.
Prenatal PhysioPilates – prepare for the arrival of baby with a safe, effective program teaching new mom’s to support a changing body, develop healthy breathing practices and stay connected to the deep supportive core.
MELT Neuro Strength – this new MELT program will focus on reintegrating optimal joint motion and eliminating compensatory patterns that prevent us from achieving a pain-free body. Passive, gentle movements, self-tactile stimulation, methodical set-ups and light resistance is used to execute each MELT Strength Move.
Pilates for Parkinson’s – Whether you are new to this diagnosis or have been managing your condition for some time, this class will have you exploring new ways to connect with your body, develop healthy movement practices and stimulate your nervous system to build confidence and control in performing all activities of daily living.
